基于医院信息系统的门诊药房应急系统模式构建的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨门诊药房应急系统的构建。方法:结合本院实际,提出基于医院信息系统上的3种应急模式即手工、单机、局域网模式的构建,并对各个模式的效果和优缺点进行分析与比较。结果与结论:3种应急模式中,以局域网应急模式整体效率最高,且最接近非应急状态即正常运行下的操作习惯和流程,既适应大型医院使用,又可为中小型医院服务,值得优先应用。OBJECTIVE：To explore the construction of outpatient pharmacy emergency system.METHODS：Three emergency modes were put forward based on HIS,i.e.manual,single machine,LAN mode,and the various models were analyzed and compared in respects of effect and pros and cons.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：Among three emergency modes,the efficiency of LAN emergency mode is the highest and mostly like non-emergency mode,i.e.operation habit and process under normal operation.This mode is adapted to large hospitals,but also for small and medium-sized hospital services.The application of the mode is worth giving top priority.
