试论我国执业药师执业监管体制的完善

摘　　要：目的:为完善我国执业药师执业监管体制提供参考。方法:通过分析我国执业药师执业监管体制现状和存在问题,提出完善我国执业药师执业监管体制的建议。结果与结论:我国已初步形成了执业药师资格制度的管理体系,但还存在执业药师执业监管法律约束机制不够健全、监管力度不够、执业药师地位不高等问题。建议加强执业药师法律体系建设,明确监管部门职责,建立执业药师年度考核办法、星级管理制度和诚信档案系统,以促进执业药师执业监管工作的健康发展。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the perfection of licensed pharmacists practicing supervision system in China.METHODS：By analyzing the state quo and problems of licensed pharmacists practicing supervision system in China,the suggestions were put forward about the improvement of licensed pharmacists practicing supervision system in China.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The licensed pharmacists qualification system management system has been formed initially in China,but there still are some problems,such as imperfect licensed pharmacists practicing supervision legal restraint mechanism,inadequate supervision and lower position of licensed pharmacists.In order to improve licensed pharmacists practicing supervision system,it should strengthen the legal system construction of licensed pharmacists,clear regulatory responsibilities,establish licensed pharmacists annual assessment methods,star management system and the integrity of the file system.
