摘  要:目的探讨Lp—PLA2活性在急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死中临床意义,同时分析其与传统炎性标志物的关系。方法对急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(n=60例)及对照组(n=28例)的所有受试者均检测血浆Lp—PLA2活性和传统危险因素,并进行相互比较;同时分析炎性标志物Lp—PLA2活性与脑梗死临床分型、梗死面积之间关系。结果脑梗死患者血浆Lp—PLA2活性显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),其活性与脑梗死临床分型无关,与梗死面积大小正相关。结论Lp—PLA2活性是急性脑梗死的炎性标志物,Lp—PLA2活性与梗死面积大小正相关,其活性可能与临床转归相关。Objective To explore Lp-PLA2's clinical meaning and its relation with the conventional risk factors in cerebral infarction. Methods A comparison was made in between the stroke group of 60 patients with acute atherosclerosis cerebral infarction and the control group of 40 normal people. Activeness of plasma Lp-PLA2, traditional factors were determined, as well as Lp-PLA2, traditional factors with infarct clinical classification, size. Results The followings were found: 1. Lp-PLA2 was inflammatory marker of cerebral infarction, significantly higher than control group (P〈0.01), and had a positive correlation with infarct size; 2. Lp-PLA2 was an independent risk factor and related with the size of cerebral infarction. Conclusion Lp-PLA2, a novel inflammatory marker, is an risk factor of acute atheroselerosis cerebral infarction. It may serve as an indicator to the prognosis.
