米力农联合莨菪碱类药物预防手足口病神经源性肺水肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察米力农联合莨菪碱类药物治疗手足口病危重型患儿,预防神经源性肺水肿的作用。方法选取2010年6月至2012年6月13例手足口病危重型患儿作为分析对象,采用自身对照的方法,分析患儿应用米力农联合莨菪碱类药物前后心率、血压、呼吸、皮肤发花情况的变化。结果治疗前后患儿心率、呼吸、皮肤发花均较治疗前改善,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血压得到改善,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用米力农联合莨菪碱类药物能有效改善患儿末梢循环,提高内脏器官组织血氧含量,降低肺循环压力,有效预防了神经源性肺水肿的发生。Objective To observe the preventive effect of joint using milrinone and hyoscyamine（scopolamine and anisodamine）on neurogenic pulmonary edema caused by hand-foot-mouth disease.Method Data was collected from 13 children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease during the period from June 2010 to June 2012.Each child＇s change of heart rate,blood pressure,breathe and skin were recorded and compared before and after the joint use of milrinone and hyoscyamine.Result Heart rate,breathe and skin were bettered after the treatment,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Blood-pressure was improved,but with no statistical significance（P0.05）.The other observed indexes were all improved.Conclusion The joint use of milrinone and hyoscyamine could improve peripheral circulation and pulmonary circulation,and enhance the oxygen content in blood of inter organs so that neurogenic pulmonary edema can be effectively prevented.
