2型糖尿病患者血清内脂素与冠脉狭窄相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清内脂素(Visfatin)水平与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法 68例患者接受冠脉造影检查及血糖监测,分为2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者20例(CDM),冠心病患者25例(CHD),2型糖尿病患者23例(T2DM),另选同期健康查体者20例作为正常对照组(CON)。采用Gensini积分系统评估冠脉狭窄程度,应用ELISA法测定各组血清内脂素水平。结果与CON组比较,CDM组血清内脂素水平显著升高(P<0.001),血清内脂素水平与冠脉Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.668,P<0.01)。结论血清内脂素水平能较好的反映T2DM中冠脉狭窄程度,可能参与了T2DM冠状动脉粥样硬化发生及发展过程。Objective To explore the correlations between visfatin and coronary artery stenosis in patients with Type B Diabetes.Methods According to the results of coronary angiography and blood sugar monitoring,among the 68 patients,20 were with type B diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease（CDM）,25 with coronary disease（CHD）,and 23 with type B diabetes（T2DM）.Besides,20 healthy people were chosen as the control group.The degree of coronary stenosis of each group was evaluated by the Gensini score system and the visfatin was determined by ELSA.Results The visfatin level in patients in group CDM was significantly higher than that of the control group.（P0.01）.Serum visfatin levels and Gensini score of coronary was positively correlated（r=0.668,P0.01）.Conclusion The visfatin level can reflect the severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with Type B diabetes.It may be involved in the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with Type B diabetes.
