摘 要:目的优选青皮中橙皮苷的提取工艺。方法采用均匀分布设计方法,以橙皮苷含量为评价指标进行U6(64)试验,筛选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为8倍量90%乙醇,超声3次,20 min/次,青皮中橙皮苷的含量为8.17%。结论本实验建立的提取方法简单、稳定、可行,可为青皮的生产工艺提供理论依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process of hesperidin from Green Tangerine Peel.Method By method of evenly distributing design,U6(64) experiment was implemented,with hesperidin content as the evaluation index to select the optimal extraction technique.Result The optimal condition of the extrating hesperidin was 8-time 90% ethanol,3-time ultrasonic extraction,20 min every time,while the content of hesperidin from Green Tangerine Peel was 8.17%.Conclusion This extraction process is simple,stable and viable,which provides a theoretic basis for the extraction process of hesperidin from Green Tangerine Peel.
