美罗华治疗B细胞淋巴瘤的不良反应及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨美罗华在B细胞淋巴瘤临床应用中的不良反应、预防措施及护理对策。方法对32例成人B细胞淋巴瘤患者应用美罗华治疗,观察出现的不良反应并及时采取应对措施。结果 32例患者中有15例完全缓解(CR),9例部分缓解(PR),4例病情稳定(SD),2例病情进展(PD),3例出现发热,2例出现皮疹,经恰当的护理措施患者症状缓解。结论有效地护理措施可以减少药物不良反应的发生,使患者顺利度过治疗期。Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of Rituximab,prevention measures and nursing countermeasures in treatment of B cell lymphoma.Methods Made a treatment on 32 adult cases of B cell lymphoma patients with Rituximab and observed the adverse reactions,meanwhile took counter-measures.Results It conveyed that 15 cases of 32 patients had completed remission,9 cases had part remission,4 cases were in stable condition,2 cases progressed,3 cases had fever,2 cases had rash;while,patients＇ symptoms eased after proper nursing measures.Conclusion Effective nursing measures can reduce adverse reactions of drugs,so that patients can smoothly get over the treatment period.
