摘　　要：县级图书馆作为现代公共文化服务系统的基础设施，在公共文化服务体系中发挥了传递、教育和提供信息咨询与服务的重要作用。但相对于社会经济的发展水平和新时代的要求还有相当的距离，发展的瓶颈问题比较突出，提出了加快县级公共图书馆建设的对策和建议。参考文献4。County - level library as the infrastructure of modern public cultural service system plays transfer, education and information consulting service functions. Compared to the requirements of social economic development in the new era, countylevel library still has a considerable gap and exists an obvious bottleneck in the development. This paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the accelerating construction of county - level library. 4 Refs.
