摘　　要：近年来，射阳县图书馆逐步设置行业和基层分馆，以此在乡镇为“农家书屋”增加馆外服务点。基层分馆的试行，延伸了射阳县图书馆的服务半径，实现了有限图书管理资源的共建共享，有力地促进了农家书屋建设。分馆指导农家书屋建设的模式在资金来源、人员配备和政策等方面仍存在较大的不足，笔者就此提出相应的对策。参考文献2。In recent years, Sheyang County Library gradually set up trade and primary branch libraries, and accordingly increased service points for ＂village library＂ in the township. The trial implementation of primary branch library has extended the service radius of Sheyang County Library, realized the co -construction and sharing of limited li- brary resources, and strongly promoted the construction of village library. The mode of branch library guiding village library still exists insufficiency in fund resources, manning and policies, and therefore this paper put forward the corre- spending countermeasures. 2 Refs
