摘　　要：职业指导对于毕业生树立正确的就业观念,了解职业需求,提高职业意识、职业决策能力,增强自我认识,帮助学生实现充分就业,促进毕业生职业发展。毕业生就业的职业指导要充分满足学生的需求,通过更新工作理念、推进个性化职业指导、搭建信息化平台、帮助毕业生调整就业心态,以期实现大学生充分就业、就业稳定及职业发展。Vocational guiding plays an very important role in helping the graduates develop a correct attitude for employment, learn the occupational demand, enhance occupational awareness and choice making ability, strengthen self-awareness, realize full employment and employment stability. Failure to satisfy the students＇ needs by conventional vocational guiding, individualized vocational guiding＇s lack of systematization and persistence, the absence of informationized vocational guidance, and the unsatisfactory participation rate of the student body are the four major problems affecting graudates＇ employments and stopping the vocational guiding from moving forward. Hence we should update students＇ working philosophy, make vocational guiding more individualized, establish information platform, in order to help the graduates to adjust employment attitude, improve college students＇ employments, employment stability and occupational development.
