摘　　要：当前大学生职业发展与就业指导教育针对性不强,实效性不高,症结在于大学生职业发展与就业指导内容庞杂,缺乏有机的结构构建;职业发展与就业指导模式流于形式,忽视了大学生的就业实践活动。板块式就业指导模式借助大学生职业发展与就业指导课程内容及其体系的板块联系,具有丰富的内涵,呈现结构的板块性、目标的一致性、内容的渐进性以及板块的整合性等特点,能够促使高校对大学生职业发展与就业指导课的内容体系进行目标、内容以及指导着眼点等诸多方面的探索。The employment guidance education for college students lacks pertinence and effectiveness, and the crux of the problem is due to its inadequate organic structure construction as well as multifarious and disorderly contents of employment guidance for college students .The model of employment guidance only exists in its form, but the practice activities of employment for college students are neglected. Thus, with the help of plate relationship between the contents and system of employment guidance course, the plate model of employment guidance possesses rich collocation and presents distinctive cMracteristics like plate in structure, identity in target, gradual advance in contents, integration in plate, urging us to further explore the system of employment guidance course in terms of its target, contents and guidance focus as well as career development for college students.
