电针配合耳穴贴压治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较电针加耳穴贴压与常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用电针,隔天1次,10次为一疗程,其间采用王不留行籽耳穴贴压,每日每穴双侧交替按压5次;对照组采用常规针刺,隔天1次,10次为一疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为90%,优于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。结论:电针加耳穴贴压疗法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效疗法。Objective：To observe the different therapeutic effects between electro -acupuncture combined with ear points pressing therapy and acupuncture in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods ：80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly allocated into a treatment group and a control group, ,with 40 cases in each. The subjects were treated with electro - acupuncture therapy in the treatment group once every, two days, 10 times as one course. Each ear point should be ahematively pressed five times daily. The subjects were treated with acupuncture in the control group once every two days, 10 times as one course. Results：After treatment, the total clinical curative rate of the treatment group was 90% ,and the control group was 77.5%. The former was much points higher than the latter significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Electro - acupuncture combined with ear pressing therapy is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
