针刀疗法联合医用臭氧治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀联合医用臭氧疗法对屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组采用针刀联合医用臭氧治疗,对照组采用针刀治疗,比较两组近期和远期疗效。结果:治疗结果显示治疗组治愈率为93.33%,对照组治愈率为80%,两组比较治疗结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀联合医用臭氧疗法治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎比单纯针刀疗法的疗效更好。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupotomology with ozone in treating stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor digitorum. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor digitorum were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 60 cases and a control group of 60 cases. The treatment group received aeupotomology with ozone therapy and the control group received acupotomology therapy. Results：The cure rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,and 80% in the control group. There were statistically better significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupotomology with ozone therapy is a way than acupotomology therapy to treat stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor digitorum.
