龙虎交战针法对非特异性下背痛红外热像图的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析龙虎交战针法治疗非特异性下背痛的红外热像的变化,为临床治疗疗效提供客观依据。方法:运用红外热像技术对龙虎交战针法、平补平泻针法和中频理疗治疗前后下背部皮肤温度的变化进行对照观察。结果:治疗后各组下背部皮肤温度较治疗前有明显改善,各组治疗后与治疗前最高温度、最低温度、平均温度、双侧温差比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后龙虎交战针法组与平补平泻针法和中频理疗两组双侧温差比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:红外热像图是一种简便易行、反应灵敏的疼痛疗效评定的客观指标,龙虎交战针法组改善红外热像图优于平补平泻针法组和理疗组,是较好的镇痛方法。Objective： To analy ze of non - specific low back pain change of infrared thelTaal imaging technology dragon warring needling method for treatment of infrared thermal imaging and to provide an objective basis for clinical therapy. Methods：The use under the back skin temperature changes in the dragon warring needle method, the reinforcing - reducing needle and IF treatnlents before and after treatment. Results： After treatment of each group under the back skin temperature than that before treatment there was a significant improvement in each group after treatment and before treatment, the maximum temperature, minimum temperature, average tempperature, bilateral temperature difference, the difference was statistically signilicant（P 〈 0. 05 ）, treatment after the dragon war acupuncture group and reitforeing - reducing needle and IF treatments two sets of bilateral temperatment difference, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The infrared ther- mography is a simple, responsive pain efficacy evaluation of objective indicator, dragon warring acupuncture group to impruve the infrared image is better than reinforcing -reducing acupuncture group and physiotherapy group, which is a better method for treatment.
