成都市已婚育龄妇女性生活满意度影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都地区不同年龄已婚育龄女性性满意现状及相关影响因素。方法 2008-06/2010-10,采用性满意度量表(女性)调查成都市601例已婚育龄女性。采用Pearsonχ2检验分析研究对象个人特征、性生活特征等与性满意度的相关性。结果本研究完成有效调查601例,40岁以下女性共388人,回答"很满意"为55人(14.2%),"满意"184人(47.4%),"一般"141人(36.3%)和"不满意"8人(2.1%)。40～49岁女性213人,分别为"很满意"26人(12.2%),"满意"106人(49.8%),"一般"70人(32.8%),"不满意"11人(5.2%)。40岁以下已婚育龄女性的学历、生殖道疾病能够影响其性生活的满意度。没有生产和生产少的女性,其性生活满意度明显高于生产多的女性;性交时阴道湿润度、对性生活感兴趣程度、能坦诚地和丈夫讨论性感受程度、能体验到性高潮频率等,会影响女性性满意度(P<0.05)。性生活为每周2～3次的女性性满意程度最高。结论已婚育龄女性的性满意度受到多种因素的影响,应有针对性的把普及性知识、提高性生活质量和提倡性健康等作为妇女保健工作的一个重要环节。Objective To investigate the sexual satisfaction and influencing factors in married women at different childbearing ages.Methods Married women in Chengdu were enrolled randomly and information of sexual satisfaction was collected with questionnaires.Pearson χ2 test was applied to analyze the influencing factors.Results A total of 601 women were enrolled in this study,388 of which were younger than 40 years.Proportions of different satisfaction degree were respectively 55 subjects（14.2%） ＂very satisfied＂,184（47.4%） ＂satisfied＂,141（36.3%） ＂common＂ and 8（2.1%） ＂unsatisfied＂.An amount of 213 women were 40-49 years old,and 26（12.2%） were ＂very satisfied＂,106（49.8%） ＂satisfied＂,70（32.8%） ＂common＂ and 11（5.2%） ＂unsatisfied＂.The results of χ2 test showed that the number of live birth could affect the sexual satisfaction.In the women younger than 40 years old,disease in genital tract and education were also influencing factors.The women with higher vaginal moisture,more interested in sex,could talk about sex with husbands easily and apt to experience climax were more satisfied with sex（P0.05）.The women with 2-3 times sexual intercourses per week had the highest sexual satisfaction.Conclusion The sexual satisfaction is affected by a number of factors.More attention should be paid to enhance women＇s sexual knowledge,so as to improve the quality of their sexual life and sexual health.
