1989-2011年四川省居民死因及潜在寿命损失分析

摘　　要：目的了解四川省居民1989-2011年间死亡率水平、变化趋势及根本死因。方法利用四川省1989-2011年死亡监测资料,采用死亡率、期望寿命、YPLL等指标,对四川省死亡变化趋势及根本死因进行分析。结果四川省粗死亡率由1989年的656.96/10万下降到2011年的624.58/10万。农村高于城市,男性高于女性。期望寿命由68.85岁增加到75.64岁。全死因YPLL从1989年的1 111 467人年逐步下降到2011年的715 967人年。全死因YPLL率从1989年的111.90‰下降到2011年的58.94‰。前3位死因顺位由呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病和肿瘤,转变为循环系统疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病。前3位根本死因占总死因的比例由74.09%升高到82.53%。结论四川省居民死亡率逐步降低,期望寿命有所升高,循环系统疾病为四川省居民的第1位死因,慢性病对居民健康的影响越来越严重。Objective To understand the mortality rate and the changing trend as well as the main causes of death during 1989 to 2011 in Sichuan province.Methods According to the death surveillance data,indexes of mortality rate,life expectancy,years of potential life lost（YPLL）,etc.were adopted to analyze the characteristics of mortality and the causes of death.Results The crude mortality rate decreased from 656.96/105 in 1989 to 624.58/105 in 2011.The rates of males and in rural area were higher than that of female and urban area,correspondingly.The life expectancy ascended from 68.85 to 75.64 through these years.The YPLL decreased from 1,111,467 person-years in 1989 to 715,967 in 2011,with the YPLL rate from 111.90‰ to 58.94‰.The rank of three priority causes of death transformed from diseases of respiratory system,circulating system and tumors,to diseases circulating system,tumors and respiratory system.Meanwhile,the total percentage of these priority causes of death increased from 74.09% to 82.53%.Conclusion The mortality rate decreased yearly,while the life expectancy increased somewhat in Sichuan province.The circulating system diseases had taken the place of the first cause of death,and the impact of chronic diseases on the health of the population in Sichuan is getting increasingly severe.
