临床护理路径程序在五种疾病中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径程序在5种常见疾病中的应用效果。方法:将每种疾病的60例病例随机分成试验组和对照组,对照组接受现行的护理模式,试验组接受临床护理路径指导的护理模式,对实施后效果进行统计分析。结果:5种疾病试验组的住院天数和术前住院日均有显著减少(P<0.05);老年性白内障、带状疱疹和急性轻症胰腺炎的住院费用均低于对照组(P<0.05);但计划性剖宫产和甲状腺结节的住院费用两组无明显差异;试验组患者的健康知识掌握和对护士的满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实施临床护理路径科室的护士对工作的满意度提高。结论:临床护理路径指导的护理模式可以缩短住院日和手术前住院日,提高患者对医护人员的满意度以及对健康知识的掌握率,提高护士的工作满意度,但对住院费用的影响根据不同的疾病有不同的差异。Objective To evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway applied to five diseases.Method 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group used nursing mode by CNP,while the control group adopted traditional mode of nursing.Evaluation indexes included average hospital stay,average waiting time before surgery,average hospital expenditure,patient satisfaction and the rate of health knowledge.Results The average hospital stay and waiting time before surgery of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group（P0.05）.Average hospital expenditures of 3 diseases,senile cataract,herpes zoster and mild acute pancreatitis,in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P0.05）,yet there was no significant difference between hospital expenditures of elective cesarean section and thyroid nodule.The rate of health knowledge and satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions CNP is helpful both in enhancing the patients＇ degree of satisfaction and in improving awareness of health knowledge;meanwhile,CNP is helpful in decreasing hospital stay,which is superior to the traditional mode of care.
