摘  要:阐述了侵入性气孔的特征、形成机理及预防措施。总结指出:为避开砂芯发气峰值,对于定向排气方式,采用快浇工艺;对于非定向排气方式,采用高温慢浇工艺。同时通过加大型芯排气、在铸型顶端设置溢流冒口、合理选择浇注系统以及控制型、芯发气量等措施,可有效防止铸铁件产生侵入性气孔。The features,formation mechanism and prevention measures of intrusive blowhole were described.As summarization,it was pointed out that in order to keep away from the gas evolution peak,fast pouring should be adopted when using directional venting,and high temperature slow pouring should be adopted when using non-directional venting.At the same time,it possible to effectively prevent the intrusive blowhole occurring by enlarging venting area of cores,setting overflowing risers at the top of the casting,rational choosing gating system and controlling gas evolution of the molding sand and core sand,and so on.
