摘  要:造纸白水封闭循环利用造成了其中细小的胶黏性物质的不断富集,给纸机运行以及成纸质量带来越来越严重的负面影响。本文首先采用常用的检测方法,对新闻纸厂造纸白水的基本物化特性进行表征;在此基础上,用扫描电镜观测白水固形物等物质,定性分析其中的微细胶黏物特征;然后通过TG和Py-GC-MS对其热失重特性和组分特征进行分析,推断其来源;最后对其粒径进行检测,得到其微细胶黏物的结果如下,即粒径的主要分布区域为0.5~6μm之间,体积含量约为13.17mm3/mL,平均粒径8.31μm。The continuous enrichment of the small sticky substances caused by white water closed recycling made serious negative impact on the paper machine runnability and paper quality. Firstly, this paper characterized the basic physical and chemical properties of newsprint mill's white water by the normal detection methods ; then, made observations of white water solids and other substances by Scanning Electron Microscopy, and analysed the micro- stickles characteristics qualitatively. The thermal weight loss properties and the characteristics of composition were analyzed through TG and Py-GC-MS to infer its source ; Finally, its particle size was detected. The results of micro- stickles are as follows, the main distribution area of the particle size is between 0.5 - 6 μm, the volume content is about 13.17 mm3/mL, the average particle size is 8.31μm.
