摘  要:本文主要研究竹沥液在高得率竹浆返黄中的影响。以粉单竹为原料采用机械压榨法制取竹沥液,比较竹沥液在紫外光返黄前后成分的变化,以及竹沥液对竹子APMP制浆漂白性能的影响。实验结果表明,竹沥液经紫外光老化返黄后,在基本指标方面,其pH值、折光率、密度、吸光度分别提高0.55、17.46%、1.58%、61.61%。利用紫外光谱和GC-MS分析发现紫外光返黄后,竹沥液生成更多的发色或助色基团。实验发现竹沥液吸附在原料和竹浆中进行APMP的制浆和漂白,会使纸张白度降低,返黄程度增加,对漂白性能的影响更为显著。In this paper, the effect of succus bambusae on bamboo APMP pulp yellowing was studied. The succus bambusae was prepared by mechanical press from bamboo material. Then components of suecus bambusae before and after UV irradiating were compared. In addition, the effect of succus bambusae on APMP pulping and bleach- ing performance was studied. The result from the present investigation suggested that the pH value, the refractive index, the density and the absorbance after UV radiation were 0.55, 17.46% , 1.58% and 61.61% higher than those before UV radiation,separately. The analysis of UV and GC-MS found that succus bambusae contained many chromophore groups and auxochrome groups after yellowing. The experiment on bamboo APMP pulping and bleach- ing proved that succus bambusae had adverse effect on brightness and brightness stability. It had a remarkable influ- ence on bleaching.
