摘 要:本文研究制备了一种新的咪唑啉季铵盐乳液型纸张柔软剂,研究了不同阳离子度、表面活性剂对乳液稳定性的影响。将该柔软剂在卫生纸浆料中应用,分析了不同阳离子度柔软剂和不同柔软剂用量对纸张柔软性的影响。实验认为柔软剂阳离子度为0.6,表面活性剂用量1%(对柔软剂乳液绝干质量),柔软剂用量为0.6%,能够获得最佳使用效果,这样制得的纸张具有良好的柔软性和蓬松性。In this paper, a paper softening agent of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt emulsion was prepared. The influences of different cationic degree and surfactants on the emulsion stability were discussed. The softening a- gent was used in toilet paper pulp, and the impacts of different cationic degree and dosage of the softening agent on the softness of paper were studied. The results showed the optimal application conditions were the cationic degree 0.6 and the dosage 0.5%. This imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt emulsion was an ideal paper softening agent, and it could make the paper softer and bulkier.
