摘 要:高得率浆纤维表面性质对浆料有较大影响,通过SEM-EDS对慈竹、马尾松和尾叶桉磺化化学机械浆(SC-MP)漂白前后纤维表面的形态和化学组成进行了分析,以及碱抽提作用对慈竹SCMP纤维表面的影响进行了研究。结果表明,不同纤维原料SCMP纤维表面形貌有差别,其未漂浆纤维表面都覆盖有一层角质状物质,过氧化氢漂白后更多微细纤维束暴露出来。表面元素分析表明经过氧化氢漂白后SCMP纤维表面的C原子含量均出现下降但不明显。碱抽提对慈竹SCMP纤维表面物质作用不明显。Surface properties of high yield pulp fiber have a great impact on the performance of pulp. Fiber surface morphology and chemical composition of bamboo, pine and eucalyptus Sulfonated Chemimechanical Pulps (SC- MPS) before and after bleaching were analyzed by SEM - EDS, the effect of alkaline extraction on the fiber surface was studied. The results showed that, the SCMP fiber surface morphology was varies from different raw materials, but the fiber surface of unbleached pulps was covered with a layer of substances like cutin membrane, and more mi- crofiber bundle was exposed after hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Elemental analysis showed that the content of car- bon on the fiber surface of SCMP after peroxide bleaching was decreased slightly. Effect of alkaline extraction on the bamboo SCMP fiber surface was unconspicuous.
