摘  要:闽育1号圆叶决明(Chamaecrista rotundifolia CV.Minyu No.1)是2002年由福建省农业科学院农业生态研究所利用60Coγ射线辐照闽引圆叶决明,经过多代筛选选育而成的决明新品种,2011年经全国牧草品种审定委员会审定通过。2005-2010年进行品种比较试验、区域试验和生产试验,结果表明:闽育1号圆叶决明干草产量10000~15000kg/hm2,比对照品种闽引圆叶决明(Chamaecrista rotundifolia CV.Minyin)增产20.70%,差异极显著,种子产量220~320kg/hm2,比对照品种增产9.01%,但差异不显著,初花期植株粗蛋白含量为19.15%,适合在我国热带、亚热带(红壤)地区种植。Chamaecrista rotundifoli CV. Minyu No. 1 was selected and bred by Agricultural Ecology Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which was an improved mutant strain from Chamaecrista rotundifolia cv. Minyin through ^60Coγ-rays irradiation in 2002. It was passed the evaluation of National Grass Variety Approval Committee in 2011. Variety comparison trial, regional test and productive trial were carried out during 2005 to 2010. The results showed that the hay yield was up to 10000 - 15000kg/hm2 ,which was 20.70% higher than that of C. rotundifolia cv. Minyin (the control group)( P 〈 0.01 ). The seed yield reached 220 -320kg/hm2, which was increased by 9.01% compared with the control group (P 〉 0.05). The crude protein content was 19.15% when harvested at initial blooming stage. In summary, C. rotundifoli CV. Minyu No. 1 was suitable to plant in tropical and sub-tropical red soil regions in Southern China.
