摘 要:MADS-box家族基因是一类编码转录因子的基因,因其在调控植物生长发育方面的重要功能而成为作物遗传育种研究的热点。采用生物信息学方法,对黄瓜全基因组MADS-box基因进行序列特征分析,包括CsMADS基因的数量、染色体定位、保守基序的分布及系统进化树分析。结果表明,黄瓜基因组中共有41个CsMADSs基因,除7个分布于Scaffold外,其他34个CsMADSs基因分布于黄瓜7条染色体上,但在染色体上的分布不是均匀的;41个CsMADSs都具有保守的MADS结构域,分布于9个MADS亚家族,而且大部分的CsMADSs基因属于SEP和MEF2-like分支。该研究结果不仅有助于MADS-box转录因子信号转导途径的解析,而且可为进一步研究该家族基因的功能提供信息参考。MADS-box is a large gene family which encodes transcription factors and plays important roles in the regulation of plant growth and development. Bioinformatics analysis of MADS-hox gene family in cucumber, including the number of the CsMADS genes, chromosomal localization, the distribution of conserved motifs and phylogenetic relationship were carried out. 41 CsMADS genes in cucumber were identified, 7 of which were in the scaffold while other 34 on 7 chromosomes. All the 41 CsMADSs had a conserved MADS domain. Based on the phylogenetic analysis of MADS-box protein sequences, 41 CsMADSs were categorized into 9 subfamilies, and most of which belonged to the SEP or MEF2-1ike branch. The results provide useful information for further functional analysis of MADS-box gene family in cucumber.
