摘 要:为了赋予竹纤维抗菌性,以天然生物高分子壳聚糖为抗菌整理剂,利用K2S2O8与Na2S2O3组成的氧化还原体系,引发竹纤维素与壳聚糖进行接枝共聚,制备了具有抗菌性的纤维素材料。以接枝率和接枝效率作为衡量标准,确定了最佳反应条件,并对在最佳条件下合成的样品进行了红外、扫描电镜和抗菌性检测。研究结果表明,竹纤维素与壳聚糖接枝共聚后,纤维表面形态明显改变,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别达到97.00%和99.91%,具有良好的抗菌性。In order to endow bamboo fiber antibacterial property,chitosan was used as the antibacterial finishing agent to prepare cellulose-chitosan graft copolymer,using K2S2O8 and Na2S2O3 as a redox system to directly initiate chitosan grafting with cellulose to prepare antibacterial materials.The grafting conditions and their impacts on grafting rate of the cellulose and grafting efficiency of the chitosan were discussed.Under the optimal conditions,the graft copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared,scanning electron microscopy and antibacterial activity test.It was discovered that the surface morphology of bamboo fibers was significantly altered and its antibacterial property was also greatly improved.The antibacterial activity properties on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were achieved up to 97.00% and 99.91% respectively.
