摘 要:纸机烘缸是造纸过程中的主要耗能部件,提高纸机烘缸的效率一直备受关注。文章介绍了钢制烘缸和多通道烘缸,探讨了传统蒸汽烘缸的改进方式,分析了这几种烘缸的工作原理与特点。分析结果表明,多通道烘缸具有广阔的应用前景。The dryer of paper machine is the main energy-consuming part in papermaking.Improving the efficiency of the dryer has attracted much attention at home and abroad.With the development of the paper industry,domestic and international research on the dryer has made some progress.The improvement of traditional steam dryer,the steel dryer and multi-channel dryer were introduced,and their working principles and characteristics were analyzed.The paper concludes that multi-channel dryer has a broad research and application prospects.
