固着磨料高速研磨的关键技术研究

摘　　要：介绍了固着磨料高速研磨的研磨机理,分析了磨料的成分和粒度,结合剂的特性,研磨运动轨迹的形状和分布状态,研磨压力和速度,偏心距和冷却液等固着磨料高速研磨中的一些关键技术。最后对固着磨料高速研磨的现状和发展趋势进行了分析和展望。This paper introduces the sessile abrasive high speed grinding mechanism,analyzes the composition and partide size of the abrasive,combined with the charactoristics of the agent,grinding motion trajectory shape and distribution state,the grinding pressure and speed,eccentricity and cooling fluid and solid the abrasive high speed grinding of same key techndogy.At sast,we analysis the sessile hight speed grinding and development are prospected.
