摘  要:目的探讨16排螺旋CT在比格犬椎间融合器研制中的应用价值。方法利用多层螺旋CT,对16只雌雄各半的健康成年比格犬进行腰椎扫描,立体的显示比格犬腰椎结构,测量出重建图像的各腰椎体横径、矢状径、椎间隙高度值,并观察其形态及雌雄差异。结果 1)雄性比格犬腰1至腰7椎体横径均值在16mm~23mm之间,雌性比格犬腰1至腰7椎体横径均值在16mm~22mm之间;2)雄性比格犬腰1至腰7椎体矢状径均值在5.0mm~11.0mm之间,雌性比格犬腰1至腰7椎体矢状径均值在5.0mm~10.0mm之间;3)雄性比格犬腰1至骶1椎间隙高度均值在1.5mm~3.5mm之间,雌性比格犬腰1至骶1椎间隙高度均值在1.5mm~3.0mm之间;4)比格犬腰椎体横径、矢状径及椎间高度值有性别差异(P<0.05)。结论 1)多层螺旋CT重建图像能够清晰直观地显示比格犬腰椎的立体结构。2)比格犬腰椎椎体横径、矢状径及椎间隙有性别差异。3)根据CT测量研制的个性化椎间融合器符合比格犬腰椎间隙的解剖学特征。Objective This study explored the use of Siemens 16-slice spiral CT on retrieving of parameters of transverse diameter,sagittal diameter and the height of intervertenral space by scanning the lumbar vertebrae of Beagles.Then the isometric digital model of lumbar vertebra was imitated.This study provided anatomic parameters for developing interbody fusion cage on Beagle dogs. Methods Eight male and 8 female healthy mature Beagle dogs were used for developing 3-D image of lumbar vertebrae by multi-slice spiral CT,then the transverse diameter,sagittal diameter and the height of intervertenral space were analyzed.The comparison between genders was also observed. Results 1)The transverse diameters of(lumbar,L) 1 to L7 of male Beagles were between 16 mm to 23 mm,whereas 16 mm to 22 mm in female.2)The sagittal diameters of L1 to L7 ranged from 5.0 mm to 11.0 mm,it ranged from 5.0 mm to 10.0 mm in female.3)The height of intervertenral space from L1 to(Sacral vertebrae,S) 1 were 1.5mm to3.5mm,while 1.5mm^3.0mm of female.4)These three parameters were significantly different between two genders.(P0.05). Conclusions 1)The 3-D structure of lumbar vertebrae of Beagles were clearly visible by multi-slice CT imitation.2)Gender differences were remarkable on parameters of transverse diameter,sagittal diameter and the height of intervertenral space.3)The individually designed interbody fusion cages were accordant to the anatomic characteristics of intervertenral space of Beagles..
