摘　　要：目的观察压力蒸汽灭菌湿包,研究其产生的原因。方法观察发生温包的部位以及比例,进行统计,并提供相关数据。结果包装及装载的不当,蒸汽饱和度及环境的不当,是蒸汽灭菌湿包产生的重要的因素,同时,还会使灭菌柜中的不同位置出现湿包。结论找到引起蒸汽灭菌湿包产生的原因,对日常的灭菌工作加以规范及指导,能够有效解决医院的感染问题。Objective To observe pressure steam sterilizing wet pack,studies the causes. Methods We observed the occurrence of food and clothing as well as the location of proportion,statistics,and provide related data. Results The improper packing and loading,the steam saturation and the environment was improper,steam sterilization wet pack the important factors,at the same time,also made the sterilization cabinet in different position of wet pack. Conclusions To find the causes of steam sterilization wet pack causes,on a routine sterilization to regulate and guide,can effectively solve the problem of hospital infection.
