中山市社区慢性疼痛诊治现状分析

摘　　要：目的调查中山市社区医疗对慢性疼痛性疾病临床诊疗现状,认识到社区医生慢性疼痛性疾病诊疗培训的重要性。方法 2011年6—12月采用社区医疗慢性疼痛性疾病诊治情况调查表的方式对中山市4个镇、区62家社区卫生服务站206名社区医生进行调查。调查内容包括被调查者的基本资料、社区医生对慢性疼痛的诊治现状及社区医生对培训的需求、社区卫生站慢性疼痛防治硬件的配备。结果社区对慢性疼痛性疾病诊治的设备配置缺乏,社区和医院之间的双向转诊不通畅;社区医生对慢性疼痛性疾病诊治水平有待提高;社区医生有强烈的疼痛知识培训需求。结论建议增加社区卫生站慢性疼痛性疾病康复设备,对社区医生加强慢性疼痛性疾病的诊治系统培训、规范慢性疼痛性疾病的诊疗常规,以提高社区医生对慢性疼痛性疾病的诊治水平。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders in communities of Zhongshan city and to understand the importance of training for community doctors. Methods An questionnaire survey was conducted among 206 community doctors from 62 community health service stations of 4 towns in Zhongshan city on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders. The investigation included the basic information of the interviewees, the current condi- tion of the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders in community, the needs of training for community doctors, and the equipments for the prevention and control of chronic pain disorders in community health station. Results There was a lack of equipments for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain in communities, and the two - way referral was not smooth between community and hospital. The diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders for community doctors should be improved, and community doctors had a strong desire for the training of chronic pain disorders. Conclusions It is recommended that more rehabilitative equipments should be provided in community health stations, more training should be given to community doctors on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders, the convention of diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain disorders needs to be standardized, thus improving the prevention and treatment of chronic pain disorders in community.
