摘 要:讨论通过与数字摄片比较,探讨X线数字断层融合技术对单纯性肾囊肿的诊断价值。在大平板多功能数字化透视摄影系统Sonialvision SatireⅡ下进行腹部平片和静脉肾盂造影检查,同时应用数字断层融合技术,经计算机后处理获取高清晰的肾盂、肾盏及肾囊肿图像。结果46例单纯性肾囊肿中,确诊39例(占84.8%),均为肾单个囊肿:其中右肾囊肿15例,左肾囊肿21例,双肾囊肿3例;囊肿最大径从3.3cm~6.8cm不等。因此在静脉肾盂造影过程中,适时应用数字断层融合技术,能够消除重叠伪影的干扰,清晰显示肾囊肿的境界、大小、形态、密度。Through comparing with the digital radiography, this paper explores the diagnosis value of X--ray Digital Tomo- synthesis (TOMOS) on the simple renal cyst. In flat plate multifunction digital perspective Sonialvision Satire II photog raphy system abdominal plain film (KUB) and intravenous pyelogram (IVP), together with the application of TOMOS were performed. High--resolution the pelvis and calyces and renal cyst images were obtained after computer post-treat ment. 46 cases (bf simple renal cyst, 39 cases (84.8%) verified, are all renal single cyst: the right renal cyst in 15 cases, left renal cyst in 21 cases, and double renal cyst in 3 patients. The maximum diameter of cysts were from 3.3 cm^6.8 cm. Therefore, in IVP examination, timely application of TOMOS can eliminate the interference of overlapping artifact, clearly display renal cyst border, size, shape and density.
