摘　　要：针对几项重要的传染病医院管理制度在实施过程中遇到的伦理问题,分析原因并提出对策。认为这些冲突或问题,多数是因为医务人员对制度落实不积极、不彻底,没有给予患者足够的解释和指导所致,同时也与部分制度本身存在的不完善有关。因此应从两方面入手,在完善相关制度的同时,今后的工作中要严格执行各项制度。This is to analyze the reasons of some ethical issues emerging commonly in the implementation of several important management systems for the infectious diseases hospital, put forward corresponding countermeasure. It believes that the ethical conflicts are mostly due to the system not being implemented actively, not giving patients with adequate explanations, and partly due to the system not being perfect itself. So, in future work, medical personnel should implement the hospital management system strictly, and perfect the related system continuously.
