摘　　要：目的探讨应用穿支血管筋膜蒂真皮下血管网皮瓣修复四肢创面的方法．方法2009年3月-2012年3月对四肢皮肤组织缺损创面．采用穿支血管筋膜蒂真皮下血管网皮瓣修复。结果皮瓣全部成活，随访3～6个月，皮瓣及供区外观、质地、弹性良好。结论穿支血管筋膜蒂真皮下血管网皮瓣修复四肢创面皮瓣及供区外观恢复满意。是修复四肢创面的有效方法。Objective To explore the method of using fascial pedicle flap with perforator vessle of subdermal vascular network to repair limb wounds. Methods From Mar 2009 to Mar 2012, the wounds of limb skin defect were treated by the fascial pedicle flap with perforator vessle of subdermal vascular network. Results All the 10 cases survived completely. Followed-up for 3-6 months, the flaps had good appearance and texture. Conclusion It is an effective method for treating the wounds of limb, with its simple technique, satisfactory result.
