摘　　要：目的探讨手指不同类型的离断组织块再植手术方法和，临床效果。方法对57例手指不同类型的离断组织块采用不同方法重建血液循环进行再植。结果除1例坏死外，其余再植组织块均成活，术后随访7个月～3年，平均13个月，手指外观及功能均满意。根据q-华医学会手外科学会功能评定试用标准评定，优26例，良23例，可5例，差2例。优良率87．5％。结论对不同类型的组织块，只要能找到血管并采取合适的血液循环重建方法．均应再植并可获得较高的成功率。Objective To explore different types of finger tissue replantation and chnical effect. Methods Using different methods of reconstruction of blood circulation replanted different types fingers tissue 57 cases. Results Apart from one case of necrosis, the rest of the replanted tissue blocks were survived and were followed up for 7 months to 3 years, an average of 13 months, were satisfied with the fingers appearance and function. Function assessed according to the Chinese Medical Association Society of Hand Surgery Trial standard assessment, excellent in 26 cases, good in 23 cases, general in 5 cases and poor in 2 cases. The excellent rate is 87.5%. Conclusion For different types of finger amputated tissue, if we could find the blood vessels that can be consistent, we should use a appropriate way to reconstruction blood circulation ,that can obtain higher success rate.
