摘 要:目的对四种显微血管吻合方法进行,临床对比研究,为显微外科手术选择血管吻合方法提供客观依据。方法收集并整理我院2001~2011年间10136例血管吻合的临床资料,从中筛选出符合研究目标的临床病例6532例,对主要的四种显微血管吻合方法的吻合时间和通畅率进行大样本的统计学分析及对比研究。结果四种吻合方法中,间断缝合耗时最短,褥式外翻缝合耗时最长:通畅率以缠绕式缝合最高,套叠缝合最低,但行四组问比较和各组两两比较均P〉0.05.四种缝合方法在吻合时间及通畅率方面均无明显差别。结论四种显微血管吻合方法各有特点,应根据不同的血管管径选择吻合方法。显微外科医师应学习各种吻合方法并熟练掌握其中的一种,从而提高手术的灵活性和成功率,减轻显微外科手术的复杂程度。Objective To comparative study the four major microvascular anastomosis techniques, and to find objective evidence for supporting the superiority of one particular technique. Methods A large number of microvascular anastomoses clinical data had been collected and collated from the PLA 89 hospital between 2001--2011, that met the research objectives, four major microvascular anastomosis techniques were given a large samples statistical analysis and comparative study about suture-time and patency rates. Results Our study found no obvious difference in suture-time and short-term patency rates between the four main techniques. Conclusion The four main techniques have ranges of different diameters to adapt. As a micro-surgeon, it is necessary to fit a variety of ways to learn and master one of them, there by enhancing the flexibility of operation, to reduce the complexity of micro-surgery.
