摘 要:目的 了解内源性 β 葡萄糖醛酸酶 (β G)与胆红素结石的关系。 方法 应用免疫电镜胶体金探针技术对胆红素结石组与健康对照组人肝细胞溶酶体内源性 β G进行定量比较研究。 结果 胆红素结石组 (n=2 8)肝细胞溶酶体 β G测定为 (16 5± 4 3)个 /μm2 ,明显高于健康对照组 (n =30 ) β G测定 (10 1± 2 9)个 /μm2 (P <0 0 1) ;两组同性别个体间比较差异亦有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。胆红素结石组内不同个体 β G测定与年龄、性别、结石大小、病程长短、腹痛、黄疸、发热等因素均无关(P >0 0 5 )。结论 内源性 β G作为人体内活性酶 ,在胆红素结石及健康人间存在着差异 。Objective To investigate the relationship between endogenous β glucuronidase (β G) and formation of pigment stones. Methods Comparison was made for number of lysozymes counted by immunological electron microscopy and colloid gold probe in human hepatic cells between patients with pigment stones and healthy controls. Results β G granulations in hepatic cells were 16.5±4.3/μm 2 in the pigment stone group and were 10 1±2 9/μm 2 in the control gone (P<0.01). The differences of the amount of β G granulations were not significant when the patients with pigment stones were subdivided by age, sex, size of stones, duration of illness, abdominal pain, jaundice, fever (P>0.05). Conclusions The amount of endogenous β G is significantly different between patients with pigment stones and healthy controls, and this might be closely related to the formation of pigment stones.
