常温保存下煮沸颅骨瓣回植修补颅骨缺损

摘　　要：1目的　观察常温保存下煮沸颅骨瓣回植的效果 ,探讨该方法的可行性。 2方法　将开颅减压术取下的颅骨瓣在常温下保存 ,待颅骨修补时取出煮沸 2 0 min后使用。 3结果　 30例病人随访 6 0 d～ 12年 ,2 9例头颅外形正常 ,X线片示骨瓣边缘密度减低 ,CT片示部分病人的回植骨瓣不规则吸收 ,15例骨瓣与骨窗有骨性融合。回植骨瓣平均 CT值与对侧相应处正常颅骨比较 ,差异无显著性 (t=1.871,P>0 .0 5 )。Objective\ To observe the effect and feasibility of cranioplasty using boiled free cranial bone flaps preserved in room temperature.\ Methods\ The cranial bone flaps after external decompression craniotomy were stored in room temperature and were boiled for 20 minutes before reimplantation.\ Results\ All of the 30 patients were followed up for 60 days to 12 years. 29 cases had a normal skull appearance and X ray showed bone density lessened in the margin of the cranial flaps. Computed Tomography indicated irregular resorption of the reimplantation flaps in some cases. Bone union occurred in 15 caese. There was no significant difference of mean CT value between the reimplanted cranial flaps and the corresponding opposite side of the skull ( t=1.871,P >0.05).\ Conclusion\ Delayed cranioplasty using free cranial flaps preserved in room temperature is a better method for treatment of cranial defect. [
