摘 要:为了研究隔舌厚度对高速离心泵压力脉动的影响规律,采用基于RNG k-ε型封闭的Reynold平均方程和滑移网格技术对三维非定常流进行了数值模拟,得到了内部流场特性及泵的压力脉动情况,并对其进行了频域分析。计算结果表明:在设计工况下,叶轮受到的激振力与叶轮和隔舌的压力脉动有关;激振力的频率主要成分是叶片通过隔舌的频率;流体激振力的幅值随着隔舌厚度的增加而增加。In order to study the influences of volute tongue thickness on pressure fluctuation in a centrifugal pump, the unsteady three-dimensional numerical simulation was computed by adopting closed Reynolds-averaged equations based on the RNG k-ε model and the sliding-mesh method. The inner flow field characteristics and pressure fluctuation of the pump were obtained, and the corresponding frequency spectra analysis was conducted. The results show thai: under design condition,the hydrodynamic forces on impellers are related to the pressure fluctuation between the impeller and the volute tongue, their main component frequency is the impeller passing frequency through the volute tongue. The amplitude of hydrodynamic forces increases with the increase of the thickness of volute tongue.
