摘 要:水力除焦三通阀是某炼油厂延迟焦化装置中的关键设备。依据合肥通用机械研究院设计的水力除焦三通阀结构,建立其在旁路循环工况和水力除焦工况下的流域模型,采用SIMPLE算法和Standard k-ε湍流模型,进行了三通阀内部流场的CFD分析,并与原设计的简化计算进行了对比。模拟结果表明:旁路循环时该阀能有效地逐级消能,且满足水泵的最低流量要求;除焦作业时三通阀上的压降仅占系统压降的0.6%,且阀芯密封面下部节流孔的设计有效地保护了主密封面不被破坏。阀门流场的数值模拟结果符合现场应用情况。Hydraulic decoking three-way valve is the key equipment for a refinery delayed coking unit.Based on the structure of the Hydraulic decoking three-way valve,which designed by Hefei General Machinery Research Institute,the Internal flow channel model of bypass circulation and hydraulic decoking conditions were built.By using the SIMPLE algorithm and Standard k-ε turbulence model,CFD analysis of internal flow field of three-way valve and a comparison with the original calculation were carried out.The simulation results show that: the valve in the bypass circulation condition can dissipate energy step by step,and meet the pump's minimum flow requirements;In full-flow hydraulic decoking condition,the pressure drop through three-way valve only accounts for 0.6% of system pressure drop,and the design of orifice under the sealing surface protects the main sealing surface not to be destroyed effectively.The numerical simulation results of the valve internal flow field comply to the field application
