摘 要:以工业废弃物粉煤灰(CFA)为主要原料,通过焙烧、酸浸和聚合制备了一种无机高分子絮凝剂——聚硅酸氯化铝铁(PSAFC)。通过L16(45)正交实验得出粉煤灰中Al3+的最佳浸取实验条件为焙烧温度900℃,m(Na2CO3)∶m(CFA)0.6,浸取温度为80℃,盐酸浓度为3 mol/L,浸取时间为1.0 h。当n(Si02)∶n(Al3+)∶n(Fe3+)4∶1∶1,pH值在4.0~4.6范围时制得的PSAFC对模拟印染废水进行处理絮凝效果优于传统絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)。Through calcinations, acid leaching and polymerization, Polysilicate aluminum ferric chloride (PSAFC) inorganic polymer flocculation was synthesized using the industrial waste coal fly ash (CFA) as major raw material. The results of L16 (45) orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum conditions for leaching A3+ from CFA were as follows : calcination temperature 900℃, m ( Na2 CO3 ) : m ( CFA ) = 0.6, the leaching temperature was 80 9C, the concentration of hydrochloric acid 3 mol/L,leaching time was 1.0 h. When n (SiO2 ):n (Al):n (Fe) = 4: 1: 1, leaching solution pH 4.0 - 4.6, the simulated dyeing wastewater was treated using the prepared flocculate, PSAFC was better than the conventions flocculation Polymeric aluminum chloride(FAC).
