摘 要:针对YJKK系列紧凑型中型高压电动机混流通风系统内流体流动不对称的特点,以YJKK500—4,2 500 kW电动机为例,建立冷却器以及内风路通风系统全域三维流场物理模型与数学模型,并给出求解域相应的边界条件及假设条件。在对流体场计算的基础上,给出了风扇压力随流量变化的曲线,分析通风槽钢位置对流体性能的影响,提出对冷系统的改进意见。流体计算结果符合实际运行情况,证明了电机内部流体全域建模的可行性。According to the asymmetry characteristics of the fluid-flow in YJKK serious mixing ventilation system motor, a compact medium size high voltage motor of YJKKS00 -4,2 500 kW was taken as an ex- ample, and the 3D physical and mathematical models for the cooler and ventilation system in the motor were established. The boundary conditions and assumptions for solving domain were given according to the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) theories. On the basis of fluid field calculation, the fan per- formance curve was given, the influence of the stator ventilation ducts on fluid flow characteristics was an- alysed, and the improvements of the cooler structure were put forward. The results obtained was consist- ent with the actual operating condition, which proves the feasibility of the global fluid model.
