摘 要:为解决草莓组培苗生根过程中容易出现细菌性污染导致草莓组培苗无法生根的问题,通过正交试验设计对NAA、青霉素及多菌灵3种药剂和其浓度进行筛选,并对生根率和平均根数与污染率的相关性进行分析。结果表明:草莓组培苗的生根率和平均根数与细菌性污染率呈极显著的负相关性,细菌性污染对草莓组培苗生根有极显著的抑制作用,在生根培养基中加入400mg/L的青霉素能完全控制污染,而且根系生长健壮。Plantlets may not root because of bacterial contamination in strawberry tissue culture. In order to solve this problem, the species and concentration of agentia in penicillin, carbendazim and NAA were thus optimized by orthogonal design in this paper. And a correlation analysis was performed between the rate of pollution and the rate of rooting or the number of roots on average. The results showed that the rate of rooting and the number of roots on average were significantly and negative correlated to the rate of pollution. Therefore, it could be concluded that bacterial contamination restrained the rooting obviously. Furthermore, bacterial contamination could be controlled fully by 400 mg/L penicillin in medium, and the roots developed strong.
