摘  要:为提高钩藤种子萌发率,为生产育苗提供理论依据,利用草木灰浸出液处理钩藤种子,研究浸出液的浓度及处理时间和膜翅对钩藤种子萌发的影响。结果表明,膜翅对钩藤种子萌发具有明显的抑制作用,钩藤种子萌发率与具膜翅种子比率呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.971;灰水比为3.5∶5的草木灰浸出液处理钩藤种子,持续时间为48h的效果最好,种子萌发率为60%左右。To improve the seed germination rate of U. rhynchopylla, provide a theoretical evidence for raising seedlings, the effects of membranous wing of seed, concentration of plant ash leaching solution and the duration treatment by plant ash leaching solution on seed germination were studied in U. rhynchopylla. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the rate of seed with membranous wing and the rate of seed germination, and the correlation coefficient was --0. 971, it meant that the membranous wing inhibited the seed germination significantly. The seed germination rate was the highest (about 600/00) when the seeds were treated with plant ash leaching solution(3.5 : 5) for 48 h.
