摘 要:为了探明水杨酸与常绿欧洲荚蒾扦插枝条生根的关系,以一年生常绿欧洲荚蒾枝条为材料研究不同浓度的水杨酸溶液对其扦插生根率和生根质量的影响。结果表明:0.7%的水杨酸溶液处理插条生根的效果显著高于对照(清水)和其他处理,其生根率为83.3%,平均生根数为6.6条,平均根长为5.5cm,鸡爪根苗率为5.3%。水杨酸溶液处理常绿欧洲荚蒾扦插枝条,提高了其生根质量和成苗率。The effects of different concentrations of SA solution on the cutting rooting rate and rooting quality of V. opulus were studied taking 1-year-old branches of V. opulus as materials to explore the relationship between salicylic acid and cutting rooting of V. opulus. The results showed that the rooting effect of cuttings treated by 0. 7% SA was obviously higher than that of clear water treatment and other treatment groups, and the rooting rate was 83. 3%, average root number was 6. 6 twig, average root length was 5.5 cm, chicken claw seedling rate was 5.3%.
