摘  要:为保障我国热带亚热带水果蔬菜的生产安全,采用性诱剂诱捕法于2007—2008年对云南西南地区实蝇类群的物种多样性进行了研究。结果表明:在云南耿马、镇康、南涧和柯街共鉴定实蝇2属19种。其中,耿马18种,镇康13种,南涧和柯街各10种;镇康的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Simpson优势度指数最高,随着海拔升高,多样性指数降低,以海拔最高的南涧为最低。南涧各物种的个体数量分布比较均匀,因而其均匀度指数最高;耿马、柯街和镇康的实蝇类群相似性系数较大,而南涧与这3个地区的实蝇类群相似性系数较小。南涧海拔高,气温低,实蝇寄主单一,冬季无实蝇,其实蝇类群多样性受外界的影响较大。To guarantee the production safety of tropical and subtropical fruits in China, the author trapped fruit flies by using sex pheromones for investigating their diversity in southwest region of Yunnan Province during 2007--2008. The results showed that all the fruit flies trapped belonged to 19 species of 2 genera. 18 species trapped at Gengma, 13, 10 and 10 at Zhenkang, Nanjian and Kejie respectively. Because of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Simpson dominance index decreasing with elevation rising, the diversity index was the highest at Zhenkang while the lowest at Nanjian among the four areas. Pielou evenness index was the highest at Nanjian for distribution of every species individuals were even. Similarity analysis and cluster analysis revealed that similarity Kejie and Zhenkang while Nanjian was exceptive for no fruit flv in winter. coefficient of fruit fly were higher among Oengma, higher sea level, lower temperature, single host and
