摘 要:为有效地预防烟草黑胫病在毕节市的流行与发生,在2010-2012年对毕节市烟草黑胫病在不同品种和海拔高度的发生情况进行了调查,并应用形态学方法、分子试验和回接实验对病原菌进行了分类鉴定。结果表明:不同海拔烤烟种植区烟草黑胫病的发病情况差异较大,以毕节市东部地区的黑胫病发生较为普遍,而海拔较高的西部地区发病较少;不同烟草栽培品种对黑胫病的抗性差异较大,感病程度为云烟87>毕纳1号>云烟97;此外,已分离的病原菌鉴定结果为烟草疫霉烟草变种(Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae)。In order to efficiently prevent occurrence and epidemic of tobacco black shank in Bijie, the author investigated the disease occurrence in the field with different varieties and altitudes from 2010 to 2012, and identified pathogenic bacteria by morphology method, molecular experiment and tie-back experiment. The results showed that morbidity of the disease differed with the altitudes, the disease was universal in the east of Bijie City, while less in the west of Bijie City, resistance of different varieties to blank shank varied much, Yunyan 87 had the strongest disease resistance, followed by Bina 1, and Yunyan 97 was the weakest. In addition, the strains isolated from infected tobacco were identified as Phytophthora nicotianae var. nicotianae.
