摘 要:为促进贵州喀斯特山区土地资源的合理配置、实现耕地占补平衡、提高土地优化配置和改善生态环境,以土地利用现状图层及属性数据为基础资料,通过ArcGIS对贵州省绥阳县进行空间叠置分析、空间模型分析完成基础数据获取,并依据各潜力模型对潜力单元进行划分。结果表明:绥阳县在耕地、农用地、土地开发和土地复垦因子中增加的耕地系数分别为5%、10%、68%和45%,依据土地开发整理潜力评价指标体系,绥阳县耕地整理潜力属Ⅱ级,农村居民点整理潜力属Ⅰ级,土地复垦潜力属Ⅰ级,土地开发潜力属Ⅰ级。因此,绥阳县土地整理应以增加耕地面积、改善农业生产条件以及合理保护未利用土地模式为主,提高土地整理潜力及利用率。In order to promote rational allocation of land resource in Guizhou karst mountain area, realize requisition-compensation balance of arable land, enhance optimal configuration of land and improve the eco-environment, taking layer and attribute data of current land utilization as the basic data, the author obtained fundamental data through ArcGIS overlay analysis and spatial model analysis, and divided potential units according to their potential model. The results showed that the increasing coefficient of cultivated land of factors of arable land, rural residential area, land development and land rehabilitation were 5%, 10~//0, 68~ and 45~ respectively. According to appraisal target system, of land consolidation potential, the arable land in Suiyang County belonged to grade Ⅱ , and the others belonged to grade I. In consequence, the land consolidation in Suiyang County should give weigh to increasing arable land area, improving agricultural production condition and rationally protecting unused land types, so as to enhance the land consolidation potential and utilization rate.
