摘 要:在现代农业发展过程中,农业生产率与碳排放有着密切的关系。在考虑碳排放的约束下,运用基于DEA的非径向、非角度的SBM模型测算我国1985—2010年的农业生产率。结果发现,全国及沿海地区、中部地区及东北地区农业生产率均呈上升趋势,沿海地区及东北地区农业生产率明显高于西部与中部地区,中西部大多数省区的资源、环境与经济发展处于失衡状态。结论:应该以加快转变发展方式为主线,全面推进资源节约型农业、环境友好型农业、现代农业和低碳服务发展。In the modern agricultural development process, the agricultural productivity and carbon emissions have a close relationship. Under the restriction of the carbon emission, based on DEA non-radial and non-Angle of SBM models, the authors calculates the Chinese provincial agricultural productivity in the years from 1985 to 2010. The results show that the overall level of Chinese agricultural productivity shows an increasing trend, in which the agricultural productivity of the eastern coastal areas is obviously higher than that of the western and middle areas. The resources, environment and economic development in the most provinces of Midwest is imbalance. Conclusion: we should speed up the transformation development mode as the main line, comprehensively promote the devolvement between resource saving agricultural, environment-friendly agriculture , modern agriculture and low carbon service.
