东莨菪碱与氯丙嗪合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘　　要：用小鼠跳台法 ,观察氯丙嗪与东莨菪碱合用对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果表明 :东莨菪碱和氯丙嗪 (0 15 5±6 .475 )mg/kg及 (0 .46 6± 19.43)mg/kg静注 ,对小鼠学习成绩、记忆获得、巩固和记忆再现均有影响 ,但停药 2 4h和48h后所测验各项指标均与生理盐水对照组无明显差异。The effect of Scopolamine (Sco) and Chlorpromazine(Chl)on learning and memory of mice was investigated by using step-down test. The results indicated that Sco and Chl(0.155±6.475mg/kg,0.466+19.43/mg/kg,iv)had an influence on memory acquisition, memory consolidation and memory retrieval.But 24h or 48h after withdrawal of the drugs, all abnormal indexes were restored. There were no significant changes in the two dosage groups compared with the normal control group.
