摘 要:梯级电站在流域上相连通,在空间上相邻,上游已建或在建工程对施工导流的影响反映在施工洪水特性的变化上。同时,水电站梯级建设改变了施工洪水在河流上的原有泄水通道,洪水控制和施工导流的动态特性与单一电站建设的情况不一样,使施工洪水具有时空上的多属性和不确定性。本文归纳、总结和探讨了梯级电站在上、下游水库有调蓄作用下的施工导流设计应考虑的主要因素、内容,提出了梯级电站水库调蓄下导截流标准选择的主要原则及注意事项。Cascade hydropower stations are connected in the basin and adjacent in space. The influence of the upstream projects under construction or completed on diversion and closure are reflected by the variation of flood characteristics during construction. As construction of cascade hydroelectric stations changes the original flood drainage channel and flood control as well as dynamic characteristics of construction diversion are different from construction case of single power station, flood has multiple attributes and uncertainty in time and space. In this article, main factors and contents are inducted and summarized about the diversion design, taking consideration of the regulation effect of upstream and downstream cascade reservoirs. Some main principles and matters need attention about diversion standards with the regulation effect of cascade hydropower stations are put forward.
